Job Summary
This is a busy and exciting role, which will primarily focus on the marketing and sales aspects of the business in the China market. As the only full-time employee in China you will be supported by our London office to market our services and develop a national network of individuals, schools and universities. You will require an excellent understanding of the education sector and act as the face of the business for potential partners and clients. You will negotiate and close business as required. As our China presence becomes established you will be involved in growing our team and overseas office.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead Chinese marketing activities with support from our UK office.
• Develop new business opportunities and education partners nationally.
• Create client leads and effectively close contracts with families, demonstrating a sound understanding of the business, and services offered by the Company.
• Act as a key representative of the business to all students and families alike, providing informed professional and courteous responses to external and internal inquiries. Be mindful of ensuring positive business outcomes for the company at all times in terms of both reputation and profitability.
• Act as an account manager to commercial clients ensuring that regular contact with the client is maintained, effective relationships with the client are built, and that the full range of service offerings is available as appropriate. Ensure that relevant issues are logged and resolved appropriately.
• Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrating an accurate and complete understanding of the education sector, and its operations. Demonstrate an astute commercial understanding, as well as a supportive team orientated approach.
• Liaise effectively with schools, and academic institutions with regards to students, ensuring a holistic approach to tutoring where possible.
