1. Communicates, and implements the company's vision, mission, and overall scientific direction by collaborating with relevant functions.
2. Directs all research and development activities. Key Scientific Leader for driving early research programs to ensure the highest level of scientific rigor across the teams to discover, develop and test candidate drugs quickly and convincingly, making scientifically sound decisions at each decision point and strategically deploying resources to support organizational goals.
3. Demonstrates and manages, Science Advisory Board as relates to preclinical/clinical based
4. AI driven cancer and inflammatory immunotherapy microbiome drug development.
5. Manages key relationships and communicates effectively with CEO and partners across the company, to influence strategy, guide research, make decisions, and efficiently manage resources.
6. Demonstrates strategic thinking and proactively anticipates obstacles to drive solutions to achieve objectives through management of relevant team members, collaboration with stakeholders.
7. Hire, develop, coach, and manage performance of team of scientific and technical staff, including director and VP level leaders.
8. Represents the company at scientific and industry meetings and describe the company's products and research to internal and external stakeholders including partners, collaborators, and regulatory agencies.
9. Institutes new scientific milestones、metrics、processes and technologies documents that promote efficiency and effectiveness of R&D.
10. Remains current on industry trends and advise the organization regarding scientific matters.
11. Works with BD and other department to extend external strategic partnerships and major involve in financing activities.
12. Performs other duties as assigned or special projects as needed.

• PhD in a life science discipline; MD or equivalent advanced degree.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech industry with significant expertise in related functions (e.g., Microbiome Therapy, Immunology, Immuno-Oncology) with 5+ years in R&D VP or CSO positions
• A demonstrable history of advancing Microbiome therapy through clinical development，
• Microbiome research experience and deep expertise in Immuno-oncology and Immunology are must with a clear track record in the successful preclinical and clinical development of immune-modulatory therapeutics. Experience leading a high-performing Research Teams.
• Pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing knowledge and/or experience,
• Strong scientific acumen
• Strong written and spoken communications skills.
• Self-motivation with a proactive mindset
• Strong interpersonal influence and active listening skills, flexible team player with the highest ethical and business standards Preferred
• Experience with early scientific development in areas such as Microbiome therapy, Immuno-Oncology and Immunology.
• Across multiple international MNCs and Biotech startup company working experience.
• Work in China is acceptable.
