Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop domestic and foreign customers according to the company's business goals (injection molding, compressed rubber, metal precision parts manufacturing).

2. Strong business sense in presentations and presentations.

3. Establish good cooperative relations with potential and existing customers.

4. Support, service and manage resources with plant team personnel to meet customer performance goals and customer expectations.

5. Develop sales strategies based on sales targets to achieve sales volume and profits.

6. Proactively assess, validate and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Familiar with the manufacturing process of silicone rubber, injection molded or metal precision components.

3. Experience in developing high-quality customers.

4. Experience in 3C standard parts manufacturing industry.

5. Ability to establish and maintain good business relationships.

6. Familiar with a variety of production processes, such as injection molding, mold, rubber, metal stamping, CNC, spraying, anodizing, assembly, etc.

7. At least 8~12 years of sales work experience.

8. Have the courage to challenge, have strong leadership skills and self-motivation.

9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to establish good working relationships with key decision makers in the target company.
