Role Description:

We are seeking a Technical Support Technician for IT/Technological Devices who is committed

to providing exceptional technical support. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction

and maintaining the high performance of our innovative technological solutions. The candidate

will efficiently handle technical issues, ensuring our products continue to operate reliably and

effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, quickly resolving technical issues and guiding customers on optimal product usage.

• Perform precise diagnostics to identify and fix technical problems.

• Document all technical inquiries, actions taken, and solutions to aid in continuous improvement.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain product options in a simple manner, emphasizing their benefits.

• Relay customer feedback to the headquarters to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in technical support, focusing on troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, preferably Linux, and experience with various IT and technological devices.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply to users with limited IT knowledge. Knowledge of any other Asian languages will be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge in hardware quality assessment will be highly valued, ensuring high standards of product reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
