RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop customer relationships and work with channel partners to establish account strategies to meet business targets.

  2. Coordinate diversified market account activities, especially in Industry Power, Servers, BMS, OBC/DCDC, Inverters, and new energy markets.

  3. Consistently meet assigned revenue targets.

  4. Regularly visit key customers and define business strategies with sales activities.

  5. Identify major customer opportunities and maintain/track all opportunities regularly.

  6. Focus on business potential that will bring immediate revenues within 3 to 18 months.

  7. Responsible for achieving sales/business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  8. Responsible for monthly and quarterly forecast updates and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. BS or MS in Science/Engineering. An EE Major is a plus.

  2. At least 5 years of engineering or business-oriented job experience in sales/marketing, with familiarity in the Industry Power, Automotive, and New Energy markets being a plus.

  3. Familiarity with AM/FM tuners, isolation chips, etc., and having certain customer resources and outstanding performance will be given priority. Integrity, open-mindedness, self-motivation, team spirit, flexibility, adaptability, goal orientation, and determination are required.

  4. Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

  6. A team player, dedicated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  7. Willing to travel when needed (less than 25%).
