This technical role requires the individual to possess strong medical/dental service and support skills covering all aspects of equipment installation and ongoing maintenance. The individual will have proven high competency levels, including mechanical, electrical/electronic and IT disciplines. The extra-oral business is a rapidly growing market for both 2D and 3D with Radiology and the dental arena.

• Degree or equivalent technical service and support related academic qualification.

• Proven hands on experience in installing, maintaining & troubleshooting X-Ray equipment, preferably with Dental X-ray equipment (must hold appropriate licenses for working on X-ray emitting devices).

• Family with DICOM standard and proven hands on experience in DICOM integration.

• Be fully conversant with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be customer focused and have strong business acumen.

• Bilingual proficiency (English & Chinese).

• Excellent team player.

• Frequent travel within China with the flexibility to travel at short notice.

• Occasionally travel out of China to Hong Kong, Taiwan, US or Europe for training or service support.

• Hold a valid passport and drivers license.
